Suspicious lung abses 

From MSCT scan thorax  mediastinal window  : 
There are multiple cavitas , thickening wall with fluid level inside at the upper lobe right lung and anterior segment upper lobe left lung , trachea and bilateral main bronchus still patent 

Conclusion : 
Multiple lung abses
